Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) vk998 account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — under the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited. vk998 may, at its sole discretion, merge or close duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

All financial transactions on vk998 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on vk998: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank Internet Banking. vk998 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

• Deposits are credited to your vk998 account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. In most cases, JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited within seconds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are stated on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
• vk998 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vk998 accepts no liability.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

• Bets placed on the vk998 sportsbook — including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, UFC, and other sports — are final once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where vk998 exercises discretion to void a market.
• vk998 reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds has occurred due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure, and to recalculate correct payouts where necessary.
• In-play betting markets operate on live data feeds. vk998 is not liable for any latency between real-world events and the display of live odds. Bets placed after the actual conclusion of a live event — even if the platform has not yet updated — will be voided.
